1. Create an account and pick a plan
Sign up as a seller, pick the plan that matches your role (owner, broker, builder, developer, investor, bank, or property manager), and apply any promo code at checkout. Plans are monthly and you can cancel anytime.
2. Enter listing details
Fill in address, price, beds, baths, square footage, and a clear description. Accurate data is what gets your listing surfaced in filtered search results, so take the time to complete every field that applies.
3. Upload high-quality photos
You can add up to 20 photos. Lead with a wide exterior shot, then kitchen, living area, primary bedroom, and bathrooms. Good photos are the single biggest driver of click-throughs on every real-estate platform.
4. Add documents and video (optional)
Attach a floor plan, disclosure, or HOA doc as a PDF. Embed a YouTube tour to give serious buyers a longer look before they reach out.
5. Publish and respond to buyers
Once published, your listing is live and indexed. Buyers contact you directly through the inquiry form — no middleman, no commission. Keep the status up to date (Active, Pending, Closed) so the marketplace stays accurate.
